As Executive Vice-Chair of AZ Jan Portaels, he leads the Flemish Government-funded "Hospital of the Future" project, combining digital-twin technology, energy-neutral design, and AI-driven logistics. He previously served as Chairman of Niko Group for over 12 years and co-founded the Voka Health Community, one of Belgium's most influential networks connecting hospitals with government and industry.
