Michiel is passionate about delivering MedTech products that have a real impact on patient care. As Clinical Success Manager, he is responsible for implementing PERISCOPE in hospitals and ensuring healthcare professionals make full use of its capabilities.

His background in Technical Medicine gives him a practical understanding of hospital life, gained through two years of internships and assisting in over 200 surgical procedures. Before joining Healthplus.ai, he worked as Innovation Manager at Leiden University Medical Center, where he co-led Cairelab (the LUMC AI Expert Center) and helped draft the hospital's AI Implementation Policy. Earlier, he spent over three years at Johnson & Johnson scaling a B2B SaaS solution for surgical planning across 15+ countries.

He holds a Master's degree in Technical Medicine from the University of Twente and completed the AI in Healthcare program at Harvard Medical School.
