Bart is the technical architect behind PERISCOPE. As CTO, he is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of the infection prediction platform. His motto: always learning.

Before Healthplus.ai, he co-founded Systemmatic, building compliance management software for the aviation industry, and ran IN2SYSTEMS for over a decade, developing BI solutions at the intersection of IT and operations research. He holds a Master's degree (cum laude) in Engineering and Policy Analysis from Delft University of Technology, with expertise in system dynamics and complex systems modeling.
